My candidate for Worst Website Ever: The Humane Society of Indianapolis. I went looking for a dog, but my eyes hurt just looking at this page. What sucks is that it's been updated recently, which means someone with really poor website design skills is touching this page regularly, so it would do no good to try to volunteer to clean it up, because they'd be offended.
It's just painful to look at. Ugh. This makes me want to rescue a dog even more.
