We bought our wedding rings this evening - they are Latin Poesy Rings that are engraved with the phrase Ego dilecto meo et dilectus meus - "I am my beloved's, and my beloved is mine" -- (Song of Solomon 6:3)

Giant horses, enormous cows, men that tower over the skyline... some of them are permanent fiberglass structures, some temporary inflatables, almost all of them are advertisments for a business. They're cool, and I take pictures of them.

Stephanie's dress is really lovely. I should have taken photos when it was delivered to the house, but I forgot in the excitement of how gorgeous it was. It was modeled after this dress:

But is white rather than lavender, and the lace overlay is has very subtle silver sparkles - it's really wonderful.
