Really, this is an amazing price for this house -- if you know downtown neighborhoods at all, you know they're one of the hottest places in the city to move right now, and a house this size for this price is pretty amazing. It's hard to find a house that you can live in and renovate at the same time -- either they're already renovated and priced above $300,000, or they're missing mechanicals like heat or electric that make it impossible to reside there while you're doing the work.
